The service

CheckMyFreightBill is freight bill auditing software. You forward your freight invoices and related documents; we review them for billing errors and return our findings along with draft disputes you can send yourself.

No contracts, cancel anytime

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time. On cancellation, your documents are exported to you and deleted on request.

Findings are informational

Our audit findings are provided for your information. You decide whether to act on them and you send any disputes to your carriers from your own email. We never contact your carriers on your behalf.

Guarantee and recovery

We stand behind our work with our stated 3× guarantee, subject to its terms. Apart from that guarantee, we do not promise any specific recovery amount. Billing outcomes depend on your carriers and your own follow-through.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckMyFreightBill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Governing law
